Myanmar Rice

Description

Myanmar is a major rice exporter since the mid-1960s. Current exports amount to approximately 1,250,000 metric tons a year. With the recent expansion of Rice Cultivation to Non-Irrigated and Wetland Farming lands, it is believed that the rice exports volume could soon see to Myanmar exporting over two million tons a year.
