Professional Experience

U Than Soe Aung is a Bachelor of physics from Taunggo University, Myanmar. After Graduating in the year of 2001, he had many years of working experience in a Vehicle Service Centre. During his professional career, he also undertook and successfully completed various Computer Study and Applications Courses and obtained Certificates of commendations. He started working with AYS in the year 2008 in Store and Warehouse Department as an Executive and grew rapidly and in a few years helmed the Department as a Senior Supervisor under his able leadership.  He is also a Certified Internal Auditor for ISO22000 and BRC (Issue 8).    

U Than Htay
Sr. Supervisor (T&P)

Professional Experience

U Than Htay is an all-rounder who is best exemplified by his ability to move fast in handling any department work that has been assigned to him in the company. He is an Army veteran of 22 years in active Uniformed Service until he was de-commissioned. Thereafter he worked in a Paper Mill for about 5 Years before he joined us 9 years ago in Production Department. The management has since then assigned him multi-tasking functions from Production to Admin & HR to Stores & Warehouse and now finally head of Trade & Procurement department. With his unassuming affability and ever energetic vigour, he handles every work assigned to him efficiently with dynamic precision. He is also a Certified Internal Auditor for ISO22000 and BRC (Issue 8).  

U Kisnar Kyan
Supervisor (EMS)

Professional Experience

U Kisnar Kyan after leaving High School got into apprentice Training in Mechanical Engineering since he could not pursue his educational goals. Possessed with Natural Talent and coupled with his hard-work, determination and commitment to work ethics, he endowed himself with all Technical Skills in various aspects of Mechanical Engineering of our Plant and Machinery since the construction, erection and Commissioning Period of AYS Manufacturing Company Ltd. After Project Completion, in the Year 2014 he Joined our EMS Department as a Full Time Employee and then continued to strengthen the department with his knowledge and skills and has been a Pillar to our EMS Department. He has had the opportunity to work with a lot of International Engineers which enriched his hands-on knowledge and skills for Trouble shooting matters related to Engineering and Maintenance. Currently he heads the Department in the Capacity of Supervisor (EMS Dept.). He is also a Certified Internal Auditor for ISO22000 and BRC (Issue 8).   

Daw Wah Wah Lwin
Supervisor (QMS)

Professional Experience

The young and bright star of our organization Daw Wah Wah Lwin started working in the QMS department under guidance of Senior Management even before completion of her Graduation Studies. She later got the opportunity to helm the department when the seniors left the organization. A student of Myanmar Major from University of West Yangon, Yangon division, Myanmar, She has quietly risen above shouldering the heavy responsibility bestowed upon the QMS department and have dedicatedly and humbly performed her duties to the satisfaction of the Management with work ethics and dedication. She is also a Certificated Internal Auditor for ISO22000 and BRC (Issue 8).
